The Service Technician II is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing security systems, including access control and video systems, at customer sites. They manage service tickets, maintain company equipment, and ensure high-quality service delivery to meet client expectations.
Candidates must possess advanced electronics and electrical knowledge, along with mid-to-advanced networking skills and a valid driver's license. The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and availability for overtime, weeknights, and weekends.
The Service Technician II tests, troubleshoots and repairs all aspects of our security systems including access control, and video systems at customer sites. The Service Technician II interacts directly with the client, client representatives, other contractors and Kastle personnel to ensure a successful service and repair solutions. The Service Technician ensures that service orders are completed accurately and on time, and that these services meet or exceed client expectations.
The Service Technician tests, troubleshoots, and repairs all aspects of our access control systems. Experience with servicing CCTV, various video systems, networking (TCP/IP), and associated network routers, gateways, switches is a plus. Must be able to troubleshoot problems at customer sites and remotely. To that end, the Service Technician interacts directly with the client, client representatives, other contractors and Kastle personnel to ensure a successful service and repair solutions. The Service Technician ensures that service orders are completed accurately and on time, and that these services meet or exceed client expectations

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors. This range reflects base pay only and may not include bonus, commission, equity, or other incentive compensation, where applicable. Actual offers are determined individually based on the candidate's qualifications and internal equity considerations.
