The Service Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building automation and HVAC systems. They also provide system analysis, documentation, and act as a liaison between customers and electrical installers.
Candidates should have experience with HVAC and mechanical systems, along with proficiency in DDC control theory and programming. An associate degree in applied technology is preferred, though an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

JOB SUMMARY: The Service Technician will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building automation systems and their components. The Service Technician will provide analysis of building control and HVAC system performance in buildings, provide accurate and complete documentation in a timely manner and perform DDC controls startup/programming as required. Act as liaison to customer, and electrical installer.
