The Senior Quality Assurance Manager oversees organizational process improvement initiatives, including the implementation and maintenance of ISO and CMMI standards. Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and have 5-12 years of relevant experience depending on their degree level. Required qualifications include expertise in ISO/CMMI environments, lead auditor certification, and strong leadership capabilities in a technical program management context.

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager manages multiple new or existing organization process improvement initiatives based on company strategic plans.

Target salary range: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
