The Assistant Coach assists the head coach in organizing team programs, conducting practices, and instructing student athletes in game strategies and techniques. They are also responsible for supervising athletes during competitions and maintaining equipment.
Candidates must be able to obtain CIF certifications, including coaching education, concussion training, sudden cardiac arrest training, and heat acclimatization. Additionally, CPR and First Aid certification are required upon hire.
