Officiate youth sports games according to league and YMCA guidelines while ensuring player safety and sportsmanship. Facilitate team growth by explaining calls and serving as a positive role model for children.
Candidates must be a high school student or graduate with at least two years of experience playing the sport they will referee. Current certification in Standard First Aid and CPR is required.
