The Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season ticket packages, premium hospitality, and group outings. They must maintain active outbound prospecting, manage client relationships, and provide efficient service during game nights and business hours.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in outbound prospecting and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

The Ottawa Senators are seeking an energetic, partner-focused professional to join us as an Account Manager, Ticket Sales & Service. This is an excellent opportunity to join an NHL franchise in a client facing position which will allow the candidate to become fully engaged in the business of a major league sports team.
The Account Manager with Capital Sports & Entertainment is an outbound account manager responsible for generating revenue through the sale of all ticketing and premium products (suites, season ticket packages and group sales) within the guidelines and standards determined by VP Ticket Sales & Service.

Active social committee, which hosts multiple large-scale events throughout the year.
This role falls within a base salary range of $39,500.00 - $60,500.00 annually, consistent with the organization’s established salary ranges. Salary ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to market data, internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skillset.
