The Senior Analyst will manage end-to-end payroll operations for Chile, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, and Panama, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and statutory filings. They will also coordinate with regional payroll vendors and partner with internal HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate payroll data and reporting.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in LATAM payroll with hands-on proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM and ADP Celergo or ActivPay. Professional proficiency in Spanish is required, along with a strong understanding of regional tax schemes and social contributions.
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, LATAM Payroll to support and execute payroll operations across Latin America. This role requires deep expertise in regional payroll processes, with a strong emphasis on statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, ActivPay, and ADP Celergo, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You'll be the subject matter expert for LATAM payroll. We have presence in: Chile, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, and Panama, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines hands-on Mexico, Chile, and Central America payroll expertise with a strong understanding of global payroll complexities.
