Coordinate departmental and event-related administrative processes, including consultant, temporary worker, and vendor agreements.
Coordinate vendor payments, contract administration, expense tracking, and budget reconciliation; identify spending trends, variances, and potential issues for department leadership.
Maintain event-related equipment inventories, records, and materials to support operational readiness.
Prepare operational updates, analyses, and presentations for department leaders and executive audiences.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with Clubs, internal departments, vendors, event partners, and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes, documentation, tools, and workflows.
