Global VP of Marketing
Catapult is building the future of sports performance technology, with a mission to Unleash the Potential of every athlete and team on earth. We don't just work in the sporting industry; we are actively changing it. Since 2006, our solutions have been leading the way in sports performance software, science, and data, in a world where 1% can literally mean the difference between winning and losing.
We work with over 5,000+ teams around the world, empowering coaches, managers and trainers in premier teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, EPL, AFL, NRL, NCAA and more. We provide the information they need to optimize athletes’ health, game-day readiness, and performance, as well as in-game tactics.
Catapult is a sports technology company that empowers professional teams to make data-driven decisions. We deliver health, performance, video, and AI insights from the locker room to competitive environments, ensuring every decision is an opportunity to gain an advantage, sharpen performance, and build lasting success.
The Global VP of Marketing will lead Catapult's global marketing strategy and execution; spanning brand, content and storytelling, digital marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and events. You'll lead a team responsible for building our brand, generating demand and revenue, and expanding our market share, with every initiative tightly aligned to product launches and commercial targets.
We're looking for a well-rounded marketing leader: equally fluent in brand and storytelling as in digital execution and data, with hands-on go-to-market experience in a SaaS business and a track record of being held to commercial results. Deep sports tech expertise is a plus, not a prerequisite; we need strong B2B marketing instincts and the ability to pick up the nuances of the category quickly.

Own Brand & Storytelling
Define and protect a strong, cohesive brand identity and narrative that positions Catapult as the definitive leader in sports data and performance technology.
Ensure our story is consistent, compelling, and differentiated across every region and channel.
Lead and Develop the Marketing Team
Build, mentor, and lead a global marketing team, setting strategy and standards, Be accountable for what the team delivers across brand, digital, content, product marketing, and demand gen Report on Impact
Bring a data-driven mindset to the role: track and report marketing's contribution to pipeline, revenue, and brand health, and use that data to sharpen strategy.
Own the marketing budget, allocating it to the channels and partners that drive the best return.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Proven success leadingend-to-end product launches, from go-to-market strategy through to measurable commercial impact.
Hands-on GTM experiencein a SaaS-modeled business. Comfortable being held to commercial/revenue KPIs
A track record of building compelling brand and product stories, and equally credible on narrative and positioning as on performance and data.
10-15+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with, success managing cross-functional, global resources.
