The role involves managing end-to-end multi-state payroll tax compliance, including filings, deposits, and reconciliations for a high-volume environment. Additionally, the analyst will lead year-end processing, support audits, and leverage AI tools to improve tax reporting efficiency.
Candidates must have 5+ years of multi-state, multi-FEIN payroll tax experience and proficiency with ADP SmartCompliance and Oracle HCM. Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations are required.
Leads multi-state, multi-FEIN payroll tax operations for a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, deposits, and reconciliations. The responsibilities include payroll tax compliance, amendments, year-end processing, W-2/W-2c preparation, and audit support. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player with strong Excel skills and experience leveraging AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. This role reports to the Manager, Payroll Tax.
The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
