The Ambassador engages, equips, and empowers coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA mission through discipleship and spiritual leadership. They are responsible for recruiting and training volunteers while maintaining biblical standards of conduct.
Candidates must agree with and abide by FCA's Christian Community Statement and maintain a spiritual rhythm of prayer and Bible study. The role requires active participation in a local church and a commitment to serving God through ministry.
The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a defined area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values. In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Ambassador implements a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. The Ambassador is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures.

These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. FCA expects all functions and responsibilities outlined below to be carried out with a heart surrendered to serving God as a form of worship.
