The Accounting Manager leads daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end close activities. They also oversee annual external audits, financial reporting for nonprofit entities, and the implementation of financial system improvements.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 7 years of progressive accounting experience. Additionally, 3-5 years of management experience and strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles are required.
