The Technical Representative will conduct product education clinics, execute retail activations, and manage territory store visits to build brand affinity. They will also coordinate event logistics, perform visual merchandising audits, and gather market insights to support local sales teams.
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in technical or retail sales within the outdoor or run specialty industry. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 60% of the time while living near Charlotte, NC, are required.
As the Specialist - Technical Representative, you will brainstorm, plan, and execute regional product education and experiential activations to deliver consistent retail support and build local brand affinity within local communities. Connecting your daily efforts directly to our mission of igniting the human spirit through movement, you will serve as the reliable, go-to product expert for store staff within your territory. Reporting to the Technical Representative Lead within the Brand Experience team, you will collaborate closely with local Sales Representatives and others on the Marketing team to protect account health and ensure On is represented with premium execution across all partner touchpoints with our top partners.
This position is travel-intensive (up to 60%) and as a perk, a company vehicle will be included for use as a perk. We have two roles open on the team! Our ideal team members will live within about an hour's drive from Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC.
The Brand Experience team brings On’s mission to life across the region. We lead the physical expression of the brand across retail environments, events, and community activations, creating premium, high-impact moments that connect people to our brand.
