Als Customer Success Representative ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in België. Je begeleidt klanten vanaf de onboarding en helpt hen om het maximale uit onze oplossing te halen.
Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille en bouwt duurzame relaties op. Door klanten actief te begeleiden en hun succes op te volgen, draag je rechtstreeks bij aan klanttevredenheid, productadoptie en retentie.
Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten tijdens hun onboarding en zorgt voor een vlotte opstart.
Je ondersteunt klanten in het dagelijkse gebruik van onze oplossing en beantwoordt hun vragen.
Je organiseert trainingen, webinars en opvolggesprekken om productadoptie te stimuleren.
Je monitort klantgebruik, engagement en tevredenheid en identificeert opportuniteiten of risico's.
Je analyseert klantfeedback en deelt inzichten met Product, Support en Sales.
Je helpt bij het oplossen van meer complexe klantvragen en escaleert waar nodig.
Je denkt mee over verbeteringen aan onboarding, documentatie en klantprocessen.
Je draagt bij aan een positieve klantbeleving gedurende de volledige customer journey.
Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte rol binnen een digitale of SaaS-omgeving.
Je krijgt energie van klantencontact en het opbouwen van sterke klantrelaties.
Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gebruikt data om klantgedrag en trends te begrijpen.
Je bent proactief en denkt mee over verbeteringen voor klanten en interne processen.
