Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives.
- Ready to work as hands-on developer

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Strong .NET skills (C#, REST API, GRPC, SQL Server, GCP Knowledge, Experience: 8 years +).
- Sound knowledge of OOPs concepts, Preferred cloud knowledge : GCP
- Ability to apply agile development methodologies effectively in a team environment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system performance.
- Experience in integrating software components and third-party programs.
- Competence in optimizing application performance and ensuring high availability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
