Woodward’s Industrial Product Division in Windsor, Colorado is seeking Level 2 or 3 Engineer with expertise in Human Machine Interface (HMI) development and integration. The position is focused on designing, programming, testing, and supporting HMI solutions using platforms such as Ignition, iFIX, and Qt, while developing operator interfaces that integrate seamlessly with turbine and plant control systems in Military Marine applications. The engineer is expected to have strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols including Modbus and OPC, networking and enabling reliable data exchange between controllers, HMIs, and third-party equipment. Additionally, the role involves the creation, configuration, and maintenance of computer system images in both Windows and Linux environments, supporting deployment, validation, and lifecycle management of control system hardware. Success in this position requires strong technical problem-solving skills, the ability to lead design reviews and customer interactions, and experience delivering robust, validated software and HMI solutions for complex marine automation applications
Level 2: Estimated annual base pay: $77,000-$105,000
Level 3: Estimated annual base pay: $93,000-$125,000
