The Staff Manufacturing Engineer will lead production support, manage manufacturing processes, and drive efficiency across multiple production lines. They are responsible for overseeing machining automation, ensuring process scalability, and mentoring technical team members.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in Lean manufacturing, automation systems, and data analysis is required, along with eligibility to work under ITAR/EAR regulations.

Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Estimated annual base pay: $113,000- $155,000
