Sales Support: Provide technical support during the sales process, including responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and providing product demonstrations.
Provide Technical Support: Assists sales teams by troubleshooting application issues and ensuring optimal performance during sales engagements.
Conduct Product Demonstrations: Provide product and application training and demonstrations functionalities to potential clients to showcase product capabilities to customers and support the sales process.
Collaborate with Cross functional Teams: Capture client feedback and market needs, translating them into actionable input for future product enhancements and portfolio development informing Sales, Marketing, and Product Development of customer needs.
Maintain Technical Documentation: Creates and updates comprehensive documentation and user guides to support sales and engineering activities.
