Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Manager Salesforce Sales Cloud para formar parte de nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar de punta a punta (E2E) la gestión, evolución y mejora continua de las soluciones tecnológicas de atención al cliente y gestión corporativa montadas sobre la plataforma Salesforce Sales Cloud, asegurando la calidad técnica, la estabilidad operativa y un robusto gobierno interno del servicio.
Liderar y coordinar un equipo de 5 profesionales multidisciplinarios (perfiles técnicos y funcionales), potenciando su desarrollo y garantizando la excelencia en las entregas.
Actuar como nexo estratégico con el área de negocio (Modelos de Atención de Empresas/PYMES), traduciendo sus necesidades comerciales en requerimientos y soluciones funcionales viables dentro del ecosistema Salesforce.
Gestionar, priorizar y refinar el Backlog y Roadmap evolutivo del servicio, mitigando riesgos técnicos y dependencias operativas.
Supervisar el ciclo de vida de los lanzamientos y la estrategia de releases (diseño, ambientes de Sandbox, pruebas funcionales y despliegues a producción) bajo altos estándares de seguridad y cumplimiento normativo.
Auditar y gestionar los entregables de los proveedores y fábricas de desarrollo externas, garantizando la transferencia de conocimiento técnico hacia los equipos internos del banco.
Experiencia comprobable de al menos 3 años liderando o coordinando equipos tecnológicos y funcionales (Developers, Admins, QAs).
Sólida experiencia en la gestión y arquitectura funcional de la plataforma Salesforce Sales Cloud (Manejo de Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, ciclos de pipelines y reportería comercial).
Conocimiento profundo en la configuración nativa de Salesforce: flujos automatizados (Flows), reglas de validación, Lightning App Builder, perfiles y permisos de seguridad.
Estudiante avanzado o graduado de carreras de Sistemas, Informática, Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas con enfoque tecnológico o afines.
Nivel de inglés intermedio técnico (lectura de documentación técnica e interacción con partners tecnológicos).
Experiencia de trabajo previa bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
Deseable: Experiencia en el sector financiero, bancario o entornos altamente regulados (no excluyente).
Deseable: Contar con certificaciones oficiales de Salesforce (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, etc.).
