Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for project activities, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Strong knowledge of distributed computing frameworks and big data processing.
- Ability to optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex data workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
