Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) Position Summary:
Liberty Resources is seeking applicants for a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) for our Integrated Health Care Center in Syracuse, NY.
In collaboration with the agency Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner will function as a member of the Integrated Health Care Team in assisting with a full range of nursing/medical services. Using a team-based approach, patient centered care is provided to patients of all ages.
Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) Job Responsibilities:
Liberty Resources Clinics are approved sites for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program (Tier 3).
Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) Qualifications:
Pay range: $120,000 to $145,000.
