As a Barista/Hospitality Attendant, you'll be part of a welcoming community within a vibrant retirement village renowned for its premium lifestyle and outstanding amenities.

The successful candidate will join the team on a Part-time basis, with the opportunity to work additional hours and assist with leave coverage.
Shifts: Wednesday, Friday and Sunday 9.00am to 2.00pm (15 Hours per week)
Reporting to the Village Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Opening and closing the café and restaurant in accordance with operational procedures.
Preparing and serving a range of café beverages to a high standard.
Replenishing stock levels and ensuring products are well-presented and readily available.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across dining, café, and bar areas.
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse and supporting team activities as required.
Completing basic administrative tasks and record-keeping.
Handling cash, processing transactions, and balancing tills accurately.
Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with residents and their guests.
Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
This role requires a friendly, proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for residents and visitors.
About You
You will ideally have previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or a customer-facing role, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
A professional presentation, strong work ethic, and reliable.
A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude, with a proactive and positive mindset.
A passion for creating meaningful resident experiences and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Current First Aid and CPR certifications, or a willingness to obtain them.
The ability to work independently, use initiative, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
Sound computer literacy and confidence using basic administrative systems.
Barista experience and coffee-making skills (essential).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation.
