The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support for the FCA field office, including managing appointments, travel arrangements, and communications. They also coordinate donor ministry events and manage the development of resources to meet project deadlines.
The candidate must agree with and abide by FCA's Christian Community Statement and demonstrate spiritual leadership. The role requires the ability to manage events and fundraising activities while maintaining a blended in-office and remote work schedule.

MINISTERIAL DUTIES
These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. FCA expects all functions and responsibilities outlined below to be carried out with a heart surrendered to serving God as a form of worship.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will serve as an event planner/event fundraiser for MO FCA. State Office located in Springfield, MO.
Average 25-29 hours per week.
Blended in-office/remote work schedule.
Some travel required for events across Missouri.
Hourly rate commensurate with education and experience.
