Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of building maintenance. A valid driver's license and insurance are required, with a preference for one year of skilled maintenance experience.

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.
This is an on-site position.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 hour, dependent on experience.
