The Career Center Supervisor manages daily operations and workforce programs while ensuring compliance with service requirements. They analyze performance data to improve service delivery and provide professional development training for staff.
Candidates must possess an Associate or Undergraduate degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience, including one year in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of workforce development, effective management techniques, and excellent communication skills are required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
PHYSICAL DEMANDSPhysical requirements include lifting to 10 pounds occasionally. Subject to standing, sitting, bending, and walking to perform job scope. Requires visual acuity, speech, and hearing. Working conditions are primarily in an office environment. Occasional driving and travel required. Flexible hours may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. |
