Provide comprehensive therapeutic counseling, including individual, family, and group therapy, to community members of all ages in Uvalde. Manage clinical documentation, treatment plans from a trauma-informed lens, and participate in crisis response and outreach events.
Requires a Master's degree in a behavioral science field and a valid Texas clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Candidates must have at least one year of experience counseling victims of trauma, grief, or loss.
Description
Provide comprehensive delivery of therapeutic counseling to members of the community of Uvalde. These services will be provided to people of all ages. The goal for productivity will be 62%. Complete an assessment and treatment plan from a Trauma Informed Lens. Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours of service provision. Participate in clinical staff meetings and professional development. Participate in providing field-based services and consultation as needed. Must be willing to maintain flexible schedule to meet the needs of clients and possibly respond to on call rotation for emergencies.
