Candidates must hold a Master's or Ph.D. in behavioral science and a valid license from the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with a valid California driver's license, is required.

At Victor Community Support Services, we are committed to delivering trauma-informed, family-centered care that transforms lives. As a Clinician, you’ll play a vital role in guiding youth and families toward resilience and emotional well-being—one therapeutic step at a time.
The Clinician is responsible for establishing and implementing quality clinical treatment and case management for children and adolescents with special mental health needs. Clinicians shall provide individual, group, and family therapy as well as rehabilitative services and case management in whatever setting is most beneficial for the identified client. In addition, the Clinician is responsible for completing all documentation and written reports required by the Agency.
Salary Range (AMFT, ACSW, APCC): $73,819 - $98,426
Salary Range (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC): $78,728 - $108,264
Bilingual Pay: $4,000
