Lead and develop a volunteer team to create a safe and welcoming environment for children's ministry. Oversee weekend experiences, execute curriculum, and partner with parents to support their children's spiritual growth.
Seeking an energetic, organized leader who is passionate about building teams and discipling others. Candidates must be able to lead themselves spiritually and emotionally while effectively managing relationships with both kids and adults.
The Kids Lead role exists to build and lead a strong Real Team who creates a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where kids learn to be real with themselves, God, and others. This role is about leading people, not doing all the work alone.
The Kids Lead role exists to cast vision, lead culture, and build a healthy volunteer team of adults and students who create environments where kids (and parents) become real with themselves, God, and others as they grow closer to Jesus. This role focuses on discipling kids, developing leaders, and partnering with parents to disciple their kids.
Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour
Rate determined by experience and our internal compensation structure.
