Threshold Rehabilitation Services Inc., a leader in supporting individuals with mental illness challenges, has openings for part- time and full-time Certified Peer Specialists.
The Certified Peer Specialist is a self-identified recipient of Mental Health services. The Certified Peer Specialist is trained to offer support and assistance to peers diagnosed with severe mental illness.
The Certified Peer Specialist will perform a wide range of tasks to assist peers in regaining control over their own lives, their recovery process, and the community integration process.

Requirements
Completed the Certified Peer Specialist Training and proof of Certified Peer Specialist Certification.
12 months' work or volunteer experience within the last 3 years or have 24 credit hours of post-secondary education.
Computer knowledge is a must.
Pre-employment Drug Screen.
PA Criminal History Clearance.
FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years).
