The Mental Health Case Manager provides case management for reentrants with mental health or substance abuse histories, acting as the primary contact for clinical services. They are responsible for managing medication and treatment schedules, implementing case plans, and assisting with the daily administrative operations of the work release center.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work. A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health and substance abuse services is required.
