Offering a salary of $35,000–$36,000 plus an outstanding benefits package-including healthcare, strong retirement contributions, and paid time off-this position combines stability with flexibility, featuring multiple shift options to support work-life balance. You'll be part of a supportive, mission-focused team, receive comprehensive training, and grow your expertise in human services while handling diverse interactions from routine requests to crisis support.
