Candidates must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent. Additionally, they are required to have current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications, along with a valid Working with Children Check.

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Cameron Park, located at 37 Blackwood Circuit, Cameron Park NSW 2285, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment where children thrive.
What you’ll do
Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
Inspire and mentor Educators within your room
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
Support children’s development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences
What you’ll bring
