Job Description
Interact is a leading provider of allied health, occupational health and safety, and injury management services to the regions of New South Wales. Committed to providing exceptional care and support to injured workers in local communities across New South Wales, our focus is on family values and personalised care to tailor a rehabilitation plan for each individual.
The role:
Develop and nurture relationships with employers seeking return to work support for their organisation
Case management for injured workers who are needing physical and/or psychological support to return them back to employment
Taking a more holistic care approach, establish key relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including the injured employee, employer, medical specialists and other allied health professionals to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.

What will make you successful:
Current unrestricted (or eligibility for) registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA or ASORC)
Occupational Rehabilitation experience
Tertiary qualifications ideally in Psychology (Provisional is fine) or Rehabilitation Counselling. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work or Nursing may also be considered.
Strong clinical reasoning
Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
Passion to help people rehabilitate
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
