Position Overview
An experienced, dynamic, self-driven Administrative Coordinator who can oversee and coordinate administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new protocols and procedures. The Administrative Coordinator’s work will help guide project employee actions through researching, developing and updating best practises.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Background and experience in administrative roles
Sound knowledge of Islamic faith and practice
Exceptional time-management, planning and administrative skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint) and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Sites)
Proficiency in maintaining and organizing a basic website (preferred)
Basic graphic design skills (preferred)
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information
Ability to work within a team, with integrity, enthusiasm, initiative and confidence
