The Community Integration Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for youth-centered programming, ensuring services align with Housing First and trauma-informed frameworks. This role manages staff, coordinates life skills activities, and fosters community partnerships to support youth transitions into stable housing.
Candidates must hold a diploma or degree in a social services field and possess three to five years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity. A valid Ontario G driver's license, clean abstract, and the ability to work in a 24/7 operation are mandatory.

What We Can Offer You:
Position Profile:
The Community Integration Supervisor provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for community integration programming that increases youth access to resources, strengthens social inclusion, and supports successful transitions into stable housing. This role supervises frontline community integration activities, supports staff in delivering youth-centred services, develops and maintains community partnerships, and ensures programming is aligned with Housing First for Youth, trauma-informed, harm reduction, and anti-oppressive practice frameworks.
The Community Integration Supervisor also supports quality assurance, reporting, service planning, and continuous improvement to ensure youth receive consistent, responsive, and effective supports.
