The Manager of People & Culture oversees day-to-day HR functions, including labour relations, employee engagement, and occupational health and safety. They develop organizational strategies to attract and retain talent while supporting the leadership team in driving performance and inclusivity.
Candidates need a minimum of five years of HR experience, extensive labour relations knowledge, and post-secondary education in HR Management or Social Services. Proficiency in HRIS and a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check are also required.

Position Profile
We are searching for a resourceful, compassionate, and hands-on individual Manager, People & Culture who will work with the leadership team and support the HR functions.
Reporting to the CEO, the Manager, People & Culture develops and implements organizational strategies from a human resources perspective and ensures that Our Place Peel’s (OPP) human resources (HR) system effectively supports its valued personnel as well as its operational requirements.
