The Patient Service Representative supports the mobile health center by managing patient check-ins, collecting sensitive information, and performing data entry for reporting. They also conduct community outreach, handle cash transactions, and assist with the maintenance and operation of the mobile clinic vehicle.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of experience in a medical office or one year in a high-volume public contact setting. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with a valid driver's license and BLS certification.
