As a Case Supervisor, you will:
Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision
Oversee services for clients
Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration
Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources
Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement
We're looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow and lead:
MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services
(BCBA coursework units preferred)
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas
Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements
$22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)

Alora Behavioral Health (formerly known as Howard Chudler & Associates) was founded in 1983 to serve the needs of southern California. While the original mission of the organization was to provide counseling and support for those experiencing substance use disorders, we have evolved over the years to primarily provide focused Applied Behavior Analysis and behavior interventions in homes and schools in Southern California and Phoenix, Arizona. In 2022, our leadership came together to reimagine how we care for people. This brought with it many changes including a new name, the addition of comprehensive intensive programming, expanded funding and insurance options, and extending our service reach to new communities.
