What You Will Do:
Provide world-class customer service by helping customers, answering questions, and sharing your passion for our mission when greeting donors.
Assist in the scheduling of staff and preparation of time and attendance reports.
Assist the Manager or Assistant Manager in the day to day operations of the store and donation center.
Train, develop and supervise team members.
Assist the Store Manager in complying with all organizational image, security and safety practices according to policies and procedures.
Maintain acceptable product standards.
Follow Goodwill’s Policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
Contribute to teamwork with added activities
Help to keep the donor area look clean, organized and safe
Responsible for opening and closing tasks, which includes working evenings and weekends.
