Deliver high-quality, client-centered care through individual and group counseling and the creation of individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid Colorado state license (e.g., LAC, LCSW, LPC) with at least two years of freedom from chemical use problems. A Master's degree in a related field and experience in SUD counseling are preferred.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
As a clinician that works with colleagues, case management and support staff to deliver the highest quality care; You will implement client-centered care and a strong organizational culture. You will champion AspenRidge’s successful programs, based primarily out of our Lakewood clinic, with occasional support of clinics in Thornton, Ft. Collins, and/or Colorado Springs. Schedule is typically M-F consisting of a combination of morning, afternoon, and evening sessions; occasional requests to cover alternative shifts may occur.
