The Clinical Manager will oversee a team of clinicians and interns to deliver high-quality, client-centered care in a new clinic setting. Responsibilities include managing daily clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting assessments, and providing direct individual and group counseling.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and a valid clinical license in the state of Colorado. A minimum of two years of continuous sobriety and at least two years of relevant counseling experience are required, with supervisory experience preferred.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To work as a Clinical Manager with a team of clinicians, interns and team members who collectively deliver the highest quality care using a client-centered model, ensuring a healthy treatment community, and a strong organizational culture. This position will be for a new clinic opening in Lowry. You will manage the client services staff, ensuring the team operates effectively, follows policies, procedures, and processes, as well as providing high-quality care. Position holds 75% of a full-time clinician’s client facing time (may be adjusted based on staffing and census).
