Our Nurse Practitioners deliver specialized Pulmonology care directly to patients in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Care communities, helping improve outcomes for medically complex patients while building meaningful relationships with those they serve.

This position serves patients throughout the Dayton, Ohio area, providing specialty care at Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Post-Acute Care facilities located around Kettering, Springfield, and Middletown, and surrounding communities. Daily travel within the assigned territory is expected to support patient care and operational needs.
Providers enjoy a full-time, Monday through Friday daytime schedule with no regularly scheduled weekends or traditional on-call responsibilities, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance.
As a Nurse Practitioner with Alteas Health, you'll provide specialty Pulmonology services while working collaboratively with physicians, facility staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
