A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree preferred. Candidates must possess crisis intervention skills and the flexibility to work an on-call schedule including holidays.
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Resident Assistant will provide support to Hope House residents and create a hospitable and safe environment in the shelter. On Call Residents must agree to work at least one 8-hour shift per month, and cover at least 3 Salvation Army holidays throughout the calendar year.
