The Assistant Program Manager oversees daily operations across multiple Recreational Centers, focusing on the implementation of restorative practices and youth development services. They provide direct supervision to staff and volunteers while facilitating interventions and managing program documentation.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or counseling, or 2-3 years of experience in restorative justice and youth development. A valid driver's license and experience facilitating restorative circles are also required.

Overview:
The Recreational Center Assistant Program Manager supports the oversight, coordination, and daily operations of multiple R-Center locations. They ensure high-quality implementation of restorative practices, prevention programming, and youth development services across sites. This position provides direct restorative practice support including circles, mediation, de-escalation, mentoring, and psycho-educational groups for youth and adults.
Schedule: Full time, 35 hours per week. Monday- Friday1:30pm-9pm when school is in session, Monday- Friday 10am- 5:30pm during school breaks.
