In this rewarding role, you'll provide hands-on care and companionship while helping residents experience comfort, dignity, and moments of joy throughout their daily routines. You'll work alongside a supportive team in an energetic, mission-driven environment that values kindness, respect, and person-centered care.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Be knowledgeable and adhere to a resident's service plans.
Maintains residents' dignity by providing privacy and confidentiality.

Exhibit patience, tact, and willingness to handle challenging situations.
Foster positivity and actively engage in daily problem-solving.
Ability to accurately document activities of daily living.
Compassionate bedside manner and empathy toward residents
Must have Heimlich Maneuver training within the first 120 days.
Understanding of and commitment to residents rights and dignity.
First aid certification and Food handler's card within first 120 days of employment.

The Cascade Mountains and Pacific Ocean are also within short, 90-minute drives.
We're fortunate to have two lakes and a creek on our property, along with grassy meadows, and wooded oak groves. Our campus is home for an abundance of wild flowers and birds, including goldfinches, kestrels, and eagles.
