The Treatment Aide provides delegated non-injectable treatments and monitors resident vital signs and health changes. They are responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and coordinating medical appointments and supplies.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with Heimlich maneuver training and First Aid certification. A high school diploma and CNA 1 or Certified Medication Aide certification are preferred.

Mennonite Village is seeking a Treatment Aide to support residents and clinical staff by providing essential treatments, monitoring health changes, and ensuring accurate documentation in our assisted living community.
In this important role, you'll help ensure residents receive timely, respectful care while supporting Team Leaders, Resident Assistants, and licensed nurses. If you're dependable, caring, and interested in growing your skills in a mission‑driven healthcare environment, we'd love to meet you.
This position is part-time Sunday/Monday Dayshift

The Treatment Aide supports quality resident care by completing delegated treatments, monitoring vital signs, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate, confidential documentation. This role works within Oregon Assisted Living regulations and does not replace licensed nursing care, but plays a vital part in communication, coordination, and daily resident well‑being.
We're looking for someone who brings heart, reliability, and attention to detail to their work. The ideal candidate is compassionate, observant, and calm under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. If you value meaningful work and take pride in supporting residents and colleagues, you'll feel right at home here.
Prior experience in senior living or healthcare is helpful but not required-we'll train the right person.
Pay Range is $20.50 to $28.75 depending on experience.
