The Direct Support Professional provides supervision, instruction, and meaningful engagement for individuals with developmental disabilities. They are responsible for implementing service plans, assisting with personal care, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.
