The Registered Nurse leads the personal care services program, overseeing clinical operations and providing supervision and professional development to staff. They are responsible for managing patient caseloads, ensuring compliance with Medicaid guidelines, and maintaining community referral systems.
The candidate must be a Registered Nurse capable of managing a strengths-based program and overseeing the recruitment and training of personal care staff. Proficiency in clinical oversight, quality improvement strategies, and therapeutic relationship modeling is required.
The Registered Nurse will have the responsibilities of working within the local community and lead agency structure to assure that the personal care services program is implemented in accordance with established guidelines and contract requirements. Additional responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include using principles of supervision, reflective practice, and staff development, to provide primary support and appropriate oversight to build and model a professional strengths-based program.
