The Diagnostic Imaging Technologist will provide CT, X-ray, and ultrasound services for routine and emergency patient care at the Diplomatic Support Hospital in Iraq. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in radiology or ultrasound and hold relevant CT and X-ray certifications. The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active U.S. passport, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Cherokee Federal is recruiting experienced Diagnostic Imaging Technologist—CT/X-ray or Ultrasound to support U.S. government medical operations in Iraq. Provide diagnostic imaging support at the Diplomatic Support Hospital, including CT, X-ray, and diagnostic ultrasound services for routine and emergency patient care. Secret Clearance Is Preferred Or ability to obtain required clearance for the role
** Per contract, candidate required to work more than 10 hours as regular shift / Overtime hours / holidays and weekends
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen and possess active U.S Passport to qualify.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range: Pay commensurate with experience.
Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Responsibilities Include:
CT/X-ray track
Operate and support Computerized Tomography equipment.
Conduct non-contrast and contrast studies using oral and IV contrast.
Support emergencies and routine scans.
Support transmission of CT and other digital images for real-time teleradiology readings.
Provide x-ray support.
Ultrasound track
Provide diagnostic ultrasound evaluations involving:
FAST abdominal examinations
Thoracic
Renal
Limited cardiac
Limited/emergency obstetric
Gynecological
Genitourinary
Vascular examinations
Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
