At Detectify, we're building a modern, AI-enabled revenue engine powered by connected systems, trusted data and actionable insights. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help us build the processes, automation and intelligence that power our next stage of growth.
This isn't a traditional Salesforce Administrator role. You'll be at the heart of our commercial organization, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance to optimize how we generate, manage and grow revenue.
You'll own key parts of our commercial ecosystem, automate manual processes, improve data quality and transform commercial data into strategic recommendations.
Your insights won't just explain what happened, they'll influence the commercial decisions that shape Detectify's future growth.
What you'll get to do
As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll build and continuously improve the systems, processes and insights that power our commercial organization. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and has a dotted-line relationship with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO). You'll work across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance, serving as the operational backbone of our Go-to-Market organization. You will:
Own our GTM systems
Administer and optimize Salesforce (configuration, automation, reporting, permissions) and Pardot, manage integrations and improve lead lifecycle, routing and opportunity processes across our GTM stack.
Inform commercial strategy
Go beyond reporting — deliver prescriptive insights through dashboards in Omni and Salesforce that drive decisions on funnel performance, pipeline health, forecasting and campaign effectiveness.
Drive automation and AI
Identify and implement automation opportunities across Marketing, Sales and CS. Use AI and Salesforce Flows to improve CRM hygiene, workflows and efficiency, and continuously evaluate new tools.
Own our commercial data
Maintain CRM data quality, governance and enrichment to give GTM teams one trusted source of truth for forecasting and executive reporting.
We're looking for someone who's equally comfortable working in Salesforce, solving business problems and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
You'll likely have:
3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations.
Hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience, including configuration, Flows, automation, reporting and user management.
Experience with Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
Experience building dashboards and translating data into actionable business insights.
Strong understanding of lead management, campaign attribution and revenue processes.
A passion for using automation and AI to improve productivity and solve business problems.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Finance.
In your first year, you'll help us:
Increase confidence in our commercial data and reporting.
Improve lead routing, campaign attribution and funnel visibility.
Deliver insights that directly influence strategic business decisions.
Reduce manual work through automation and AI.
Strengthen forecasting and executive reporting.
Build a scalable Revenue Operations function that enables Detectify's continued growth.
Revenue Operations is a strategic function at Detectify.
You'll work directly with our CMO, partner closely with our CSO and collaborate with leaders across the business to shape how we scale our commercial organization. You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, modernize our GTM systems, and experiment with AI and automation to create real business impact.
Hybrid work
This position is for the Stockholm office. We offer hybrid working, with access to our office in central Stockholm and would like to see you at the office at least 3 days per week
