The Safety Advisor is responsible for implementing contractor safety management and guiding stakeholders through the MS-18 framework. Key duties include conducting site safety observations, facilitating corrective measures, and promoting a safe working culture among craftspeople.
Candidates must have over 5 years of construction safety experience and demonstrated safety leadership. A bachelor's degree in safety or related fields and BCSP certifications like CSP or CHST are preferred.

The key function of a Safety Advisor is to put safety at the forefront of their job, prioritize the client's needs, work well in a team setting, be self-managed, and be flexible when it comes to change. This person will be responsible for implementing contractor safety management. This person will travel to locations in Indianapolis and West Lafayette. This person will be in Indianapolis for 3 days and 1 day in Lafayette. Schedule is 4-10 hour days plus 5 hours remote.
